Striking a pose on Porcupine Bridge. (Keith Hammer photos)
Twelve Swan Rangers skied the Porcupine Road across the Swan River and up to Mission Lookout on Saturday, January 25, 2014.
Snow conditions could have been better for skiing, but they still revealed tracks of deer, elk, moose, pine marten, bobcat, and snowcat!

A small tributary with winter decor!

Don't forget to take that right-hand turn!

The Swan Rangers meet every Saturday at the Echo Lake Cafe for breakfast at 8:30, leaving at 9:30 for a partial day outing in the northern Swan Mountains and foothills.
They carpool from the Swan River School parking lot next to the Cafe.
Everyone is welcome!
