While the Swan Ranger Saturday group outings remain suspended until further notice due to the coronavirus pandemic, we will get a report out each week with items of interest to folks trying to get outside for some "social distancing" and spirit-calming fresh air.
Pam Willison took our lead photo . . .
. . . and this one soon after!
She also deserves an award for this somewhat abstract photo of a tire track running mud along Peters Ridge Road!
Bob Muth took this photo of quite the robin convention in one of his apple trees!
Skip Via sent in this photo of his outing with Mary to the Lost Trail Wildlife Refuge!
Debra Schweitzer took this photo of the north end of Flathead Lake and the Swan Range from Blacktail Mountain.
Pat Jaquith sent in this photo of a three-toed woodpecker and, for a third week in a row . . .
. . . saved the day with a wildflower photo - cushion pussytoes in this instance!
Keith Hammer is still struggling to photograph his first wildflower of the season, but did get this photo of sprouting wild strawberry leaves . . .
. . . and thinks his photo of these domestic crocus flowers deserves a bit of attention at Easter time!
