Swan Rangers Hike Wolf Creek!

Wolf Creek in its winter splendor! (Bob Muth and Joel Vignere photos)

Five Swan Rangers hiked the old Bear Creek Road to Wolf Creek on Saturday, November 29, 2014!

The outing began in a blizzard and ended with a bit of sunshine on a chilly day!

See the end of this post for a CHANGE in breakfast and meeting places for NEXT SATURDAY ONLY.

Last Saturday of hunter orange and bright hunting season colors for this Fall!

Although it looks like these woodsmen . . .

. . . shoot back when cameras are involved!

Nature needs cold weather to work her magic . . .

. . . but provides a bit of sunshine on the return hike!

NEXT SATURDAY, DEC. 6, THE RANGERS WILL MEET AT THE POCKETSTONE CAFE, 444 ELECTRIC AVENUE, DOWNTOWN BIGFORK, WHILE THE ECHO LAKE CAFE REMODELS DEC. 1-12! NORMALLY:

The Swan Rangers meet every Saturday at the Echo Lake Cafe for breakfast at 8:30, leaving at 9:30 for a partial day outing in the northern Swan Mountains and foothills.

They carpool from the Swan River School parking lot next to the Cafe.

Everyone is welcome!
