Swan Rangers Hike Gray Day!

A view upriver toward the beautiful Swan Range! (Keith Hammer photos)

Twelve Swan Rangers hiked along the Swan River above Bigfork on a gray, rainy Saturday, December 13, 2014!

And to think they were skiing fresh snow the week prior!

The Rangers take sides on whether the past week was a change in weather or a change in climate, while one straddles the fence!

A drop of water can turn your whole world upside down . . .

. . . and there's still beauty to be found on a gray day!

The Swan Rangers meet every Saturday at the Echo Lake Cafe for breakfast at 8:30, leaving at 9:30 for a partial day outing in the northern Swan Mountains and foothills.

They carpool from the Swan River School parking lot next to the Cafe.

Everyone is welcome!
