'It's obvious in the Flathead Valley today that rapid development is changing forever previously tranquil and pristine areas.  We all seek and thrive on those times when we can spend time in the woods and on the mountains free of the sounds of a motor.  We must travel ever further to find that quiet.  Unfortunately, ATV's are becoming ever more powerful,
