Hey kids! The Swan Range is a great place to fish, hike and watch wild animals like mountain goats. Your friends and family will have a great time there. There is plenty of fun and adventure to be found hiking in the trees and mountaintops.

Jewel Basin Hiking Area is a great place to start. But wait! Give the grown-ups a chance to keep up!

Kids 12 years old and younger, you can get a free Swan Ranger patch to sew or hang on your backpack, hat or jacket! Simply send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 3165 Foothill Road, Kalispell, MT  59901 and include a note saying whether you want a "sew-on" patch or one with a "hang loop." If you wish, please also let us know in your note your age and what you like best about the Swan Range!
