The Swan Rangers took outings on the beach and in forests as far flung as Seattle during the week ending November 28, 2020!

While the Swan Ranger Saturday group outings remain suspended until further notice due to the coronavirus pandemic, we will get a report out each week with items of interest to folks trying to get outside for some "social distancing" and spirit-calming fresh air.

Keith and Pam hiked the North Shore of Flathead Lake on a sunny, windy day, looking east to the Swan Range (above) and . . .

 

. . . north to the Swan Range up the Flathead River inlet!

 

They shared the beach with a few people, a few dogs, and a handful of Canada geese!

 

Pam Willison took this photo as she hiked the Foothills Ski Trails a couple of times, taking time to pitch rocks and sticks out of the way for when more snow comes and the trail groomers start their work!

 

Meanwhile, Linda Anderson sent in this photo of fresh snow she found while skiing the higher elevation Blacktail Nordic Ski Trails!

 

Norma Linsky sent in this photo, taken while spending time with her grandkids in Seattle and grooming them to become Swan Rangers!
