While the Swan Ranger Saturday group outings remain suspended until further notice due to the coronavirus pandemic, we will get a report out each week with items of interest to folks trying to get outside for some "social distancing" and spirit-calming fresh air.

Keith and Pam skied Peters Ridge Road (above) and in Krause Basin . . .

. . . visiting South Krause Creek . . .

. . . North Krause Creek . . .

. . . and Middle Krause (Strawberry Lake) Creek!

Keith also visited Cottonwood Bottom . . .

. . . which has a pretty little waterfall this year!

Chris Gotschalk sent in this photo from his ski with Fawn in Krause Basin, saying they "came across Julenissen and his sidekick Whiskernissen taking a breather after the holiday!"

Pam Willison took this great photo of hoar frost at North Shore Nordic's Bigfork/Foothills Ski Area, which is not yet being groomed!

Linda Anderson sent in this photo of her group skiing North Shore Nordic's higher elevation Blacktail Mountain Nordic Trails, which are being groomed!

The late-week snow provided a welcome contrast to Pat, Mary, Pam, and Norma having to hike the Peters Ridge Road earlier in the week! (Pat Jaquith photo)
